Cryptocurrency exchanges Bitfinex and Coinbase's gdax.com both experienced service outages on Tuesday, Reuters is reporting, in one case confirmed to be due to hackers. Bitfinex tweeted on that it was under heavy distributed denial of service (DDoS), causing the interruption of service.
