However, while the other processor flaw, referred to as Spectre, exposes devices to the same vulnerability, it is present in chips manufactured by Intel, AMD, and ARM Holdings. Patches have been developed to address Meltdown, but there is currently no solution to cure the Spectre vulnerability.
