DHS's National Cybersecurity Assessments and Technical Services team (NCATS) has been building up its capabilities to help agency CIOs and CISOs assess their cybersecurity vulnerabilities. NCATS does this in part by conducting vulnerability testing and probing agencies' networks for weaknesses.
